WHAT ARE YOUR VISITING HOURS AND WHAT TAKES PLACE DURING A VISIT?

We visit during the following times:

  • Mornings - 5am-12pm

  • Afternoons - 12pm-5pm

  • Evenings - 5pm-9pm​

  • Anytime - 5am-9pm

 

We try to visit around the same time each day, so your kitty stays on the same feeding schedule. 

We wash all food/water bowels, replenish the food/water, scoop and replace litter. We're also happy to provide light housekeeping, so your house stays smelling fresh while you're away. We will take out the trash, water your plants and pick up your mail.

 

We provide you with a daily photo and a short report of how your "baby" is doing via text or email.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we are members of Pet Sitters International and are insured through Pet Care Insurance.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We only offer service in select areas of San Francisco at this time.

WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY AND WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment is due at the time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards via Square, Venmo or PayPal. We also accept checks or cash payments.

I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, NOW WHAT?

There is no fee for cancellations made with 48 hours notice; last minute cancellations will incur a $25.00 fee.

DO YOU ADMINISTER MEDICATION?

We are able to provide eye drops, oral medication, and all simple dosing. We do not offer injections at this time.


$5 additional medication fee.
